Pancakes with basil and chocolate
For me there is no tastier breakfast than fritters or thin pancakes, so I experiment a lot when making these dishes—the same thing gets tiresome, and I always want something new. That is how this recipe came about, as a result of experimenting: fritters with basil and chocolate. I think the experiment turned out very well—the fritters are delicious and fragrant, and above all original and unlike classic fritters. The key flavor note comes from basil, so you cannot make these fritters without it. All in all, it is the kind of dish you really ought to try at least once :) Cook with pleasure. They go well with tea or coffee.
