
Chocolate kefir pancakes
Description
The recipe won’t take much time. You can take chocolate pancakes to school or on a picnic, on a trip, or to work. They’re very easy and quick to make. Children will be glad to help make this dessert! Serve the pancakes piping hot, straight from the pan.

Prepare the listed ingredients. You may use kefir of any fat content, even slightly soured.

Pour the kefir into a deep bowl and crack in the chicken egg. Add the sugar and salt. If you like, you can add a little vanilla sugar. Whisk everything together with a whisk.

Add the wheat flour and cocoa powder and fold them in gently.

Neutralize the baking soda with vinegar (1 tsp) and mix it into the dough together with the vegetable oil.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and drop in a little batter with a tablespoon. Fry on one side for about 1–2 minutes until golden brown.

Reduce the heat to medium and flip the pancakes over. Fry for another 2–3 minutes, then transfer them to a plate. Fry the remaining small pancakes the same way.

Place the chocolate pancakes on a platter or plate and serve hot with sour cream.
