Personally, I’m convinced that the best way to use chicken wings is to turn them into appetizers. The chicken wing appetizer described in this recipe works very well both at home holiday feasts and at outdoor picnics. On the table, it looks much more festive than an ordinary meat platter. It’s just as good with beer and football—tested by me and my friends who come over to watch the Champions League on a huge plasma screen :) All right, enough advertising the dish—the appetizer is ready. Sandwiches with Fish and Cabbage

Perfect with the table and drinks. 1. Heat about 4 cups of water in a saucepan. Add shredded cabbage and diced carrots. Boil for 2 minutes. Drain the water and briefly rinse the vegetables under cold running water. 2. In a bowl, mix the cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, pineapple juice, salt, and pepper. Add the cabbage and carrots and mix everything together well. Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate. 3. Thinly slice the salmon fillet (you can also use other fish). Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Coat in flour and fry until golden brown. Then assemble the sandwiches.
