Description

What is a terrine? A terrine is a traditional French appetizer that local chefs can make from almost anything—meat, fish, poultry, vegetables... It's an acquired taste: some people don't get it at all, while others absolutely adore it and beg tearfully for the recipe. Well, here you go—a simple red fish terrine recipe at your service. Good luck with the cooking and ;) You can serve it warm or chilled.

Place the dish with the fish mixture into the water. Put this whole setup in the oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 1 hour.
