Dried Cranberry and Green Onion Spread
Description
The combination of cranberries and green onions may seem questionable at first, but take my word for it — it's really very tasty. When I made the first batch, I ate it right away, without even sharing it with anyone — that's how delicious it is. This spread made from dried cranberries and green onions can be used in different ways, but I prefer to spread it on crackers or toast. Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

To prepare this, you only need 4 ingredients — cream cheese, cranberries, sour cream, and green onions.
- 2
Step 2

Put the cream cheese and sour cream in a small bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Lightly whisk.
- 4
Step 4

Add finely chopped green onions and dried cranberries.

Step 5

Again, beat thoroughly until the spread reaches the desired consistency. If you want a perfectly smooth mixture with no pieces of cranberry and onion, process longer and more intensively; if small pieces don't bother you, literally 1–2 minutes is enough.

Step 6

Garnish the spread with green onion and dried lingonberries—and serve.
