Original Sunny-Side Up Eggs

Description

Perfect for both holidays and everyday meals. Make the toasts. Use a glass to cut a circle out of the center of each toast. Place them on a hot buttered skillet. Carefully pour the eggs into the holes. Season with salt and pepper and fry for 1 minute on each side. Garnish the finished sandwiches with herbs and serve with vegetables.
