
Vermicelli fritters with cheese

Prepare the listed ingredients. Choose any type of cheese you like.

Cook the vermicelli in water for 10–12 minutes and drain all the liquid. Transfer the vermicelli to a bowl and let it cool slightly so the egg does not curdle when you add it. If the vermicelli is already cooked, use it right away.

Beat in the chicken egg, add the seasoning and salt, and mix thoroughly.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.

Add the wheat flour and mix. If the mixture is thick, pour in a little water.
