Description

The "Agusha" curd is quite runny, so you won't be able to shape them by hand. Adding more flour or semolina would turn them into curd pancakes. It's best to serve these syrniki with jam or sour cream. The baked dish is ready. Serve at the table.

    Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the sugar and crack in the egg. Mix everything thoroughly.
