Description

Perfect with tea and coffee. Tender and juicy chicken mince fritters are a wonderful alternative to the usual cutlets. You can use any rolled oats, but I prefer regular Hercules oats. I recommend making the mince yourself; you can use fillet from any part of the chicken, I used breast. As a result, we get a very tasty and nutritious dish for the whole family! You can serve it on its own or with absolutely any side dish. The baked dish is ready. Serve to the table.

    Prepare all the ingredients. Rinse the chicken fillet and pat it dry.

    Rinse the oat flakes, soak them in boiling water for 30 minutes, then drain in a sieve.

    Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and transfer it to the blender bowl.
