Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. Tasty fritters are good with sour cream, garlic sauce, ketchup, and so on. Serve them hot — straight from the pan! If the cod roe is salted, do not add extra seasoning. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

    Prepare the ingredients listed. Use cod roe that is lightly salted or fresh and rinsed.

    Place the cod roe in a deep bowl or salad bowl. Crack in the chicken egg and pour in milk of any fat content. Add the seasoning, salt to taste, and whisk everything together.

    Add the wheat flour and baking powder. Mix gently.
