Soak the mung beans in water for a couple of hours beforehand.

Afterward, rinse and drain in a colander. Let excess water drain off.

Transfer the meat to the blender bowl and pour in clean water. Blend until smooth.

Pour the resulting mixture into a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt, baking powder, and plant-based milk. Mix everything together. Pour in the Jerusalem artichoke syrup and mix again.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grease the surface with vegetable oil and spoon the batter onto the pan in portions. Fry the pancakes for a couple of minutes until bubbles appear across the entire surface and the edges are golden brown.
