Rice pancakes with cottage cheese

Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. To keep the process from taking too much time and effort, you can make rice and cottage cheese pancakes from leftovers from yesterday’s dinner. Alternatively, you can cook the rice in the evening and simply leave it on the table at room temperature. In the morning, you only need to add the remaining ingredients and in literally 15–20 minutes, a hearty breakfast for the whole family is ready! The pancakes turn out tasty and golden brown; everyone will enjoy them. Be sure to give them a try. You can serve them with tea or coffee.

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Rinse the rice, cover it with water in a 1 to 1.5 ratio, and after it comes to a boil, cook over the lowest heat for 15 minutes.

    Then remove from the heat and let stand, covered, for another 15 minutes.

    Let the rice cool slightly, then add cottage cheese mashed with a fork, eggs, flour, salt, and sugar to taste.
