
Oat pancakes with black currants
Description
This recipe will not take much time. Breakfast pancakes are a classic of the genre, yet like any classic, this one tends to wear thin. That is when such original dishes as oat pancakes with black currant come into being. The method of preparation is, in essence, barely different from the traditional one, yet the flavour is already noticeably different. I recommend giving it a try. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Ingredients.

Grind the oat flakes into flour.

Add cottage cheese, kefir, eggs, salt and sugar here as well.

Mix.

Add the berries to the same bowl, stir, and set aside. You do not need to purée with a blender or mixer—just stir.

Next, it’s all simple. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry our pancakes in it. About 3 minutes under a lid over medium heat on one side…
