The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications.
1. First, heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil over fire. At the same time, turn on the oven.
2. Wash the mushrooms, slightly dry them, and slice into medium pieces.
3. Transfer them to the frying pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Prepare an ovenproof dish, greasing it lightly with oil.

8. Next, spread the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the layer.
9. Grate the cheese and cover the dish with it. To get a delicious, appetizing crust on your French-style pork with potatoes and mushrooms, don't skimp on the cheese.
10. Then lightly spread mayonnaise on top and place the dish in the oven. Bake for about 1.5 hours at medium temperature, until the dish is juicy, tender, and thoroughly cooked.
Serve the finished dish hot.
