
Beef Stroganoff with tomatoes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In fact, French-style meat with tomatoes is quite easy to make. 1. First, prepare the meat — take a shoulder cut and slice it into portion-sized pieces no thicker than 1.5 cm. Lightly tenderize the meat, season with salt, and add spices if desired. 2. Slice the onion into half-rings and marinate them for half an hour in a mixture of apple cider vinegar and warm water. 3. Take a baking tray, place the meat on it, then layer with the marinated onions, followed by a layer of thinly sliced tomatoes. Top everything with herbs, grated cheese, and mayonnaise. 4. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 40–45 minutes. Then remove the tray from the oven and immediately serve the dish, which by now has surely made everyone's mouth water :) Enjoy! The finished dish is ready to be served.
