Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I previously sliced the pork tenderloin into cutlets and tenderized them. Peel the potatoes and onion.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices (no more than 2 mm thick).

Place a little pork fat on the bottom of a glass baking dish and arrange the pork cutlets on top. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the onion, sliced into half-rings, on top.

Place half of the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, then cover with the remaining potatoes. Season again. You can add your favorite spices. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes.

After 20 minutes of baking, take the dish out of the oven, pour mayonnaise over the potatoes, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return the dish to the oven.
