To make the meat even more flavorful and juicy, you can place tomato slices on top of the mushrooms, then cover everything with a mayonnaise-cheese mixture. Serve the finished dish immediately.

Wash the pork and dry with a paper towel. Then slice into pieces about 1 cm thick and tenderize. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
