Cut the chicken fillet into slices. Pound each slice with a meat mallet. Do not hit too hard, so the meat does not tear. Season with salt and pepper.

Line a baking sheet with a sheet of foil. Grease it with vegetable oil. Place the pounded chicken fillet onto the foil.

Slice the onion into half-rings. Marinate in 2 tablespoons of 6% vinegar, adding 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let it marinate for 20 minutes. Rinse the onion under running water. Place it on top of the meat. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top.
