Description

This dish is also called "Minister's Meat." But regardless of the name, it's very delicious, juicy, and filling. The onion, soaked in meat juices and mayonnaise, turns out especially tasty. I slightly diluted the mayonnaise with sour cream, thereby reducing the fat content a bit. French-style meat is very easy to prepare.
