
Beef Stroganoff with mushrooms and tomatoes
Description
To prepare French-style meat with mushrooms and tomatoes, we will need lean pork, a couple of mushrooms, juicy and large tomatoes, and hard cheese. By the way, you can prepare the same dish using beef, turkey, or even chicken. Pork and mushrooms are certainly a heavy combination, but it's worth it, believe me.

Rinse the pork and cut it into portion-sized pieces.

Lightly pound, you can do this using plastic wrap.

Lightly grease a baking sheet (or baking dish) and place the meat on it. Generously season the meat with salt and pepper on all sides, and add spices to the meat.

Now prepare the mushroom layer: finely chop the onion into small cubes and sauté. Finely chop the mushrooms and add them to the onion. Cook until golden brown.
