Melon sorbet
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Melon sorbet is a wonderful summer refreshing dessert that even girls on a diet can enjoy, as this dessert contains absolutely no fat. If desired, you can add water, liqueurs, or wine to the sorbet, but melon is so juicy on its own that it doesn't need any additions. Melon sorbet tastes similar to ice cream, but unlike ice cream, sorbet won't harm your figure. Melon sorbet recipe:
1. Peel the melon, remove the seeds, cut into small cubes, and place in a blender bowl. Add sugar and juice from half a lime. Blend until smooth puree forms.
2. Pour the resulting mixture into a container and freeze for a couple of hours. Then take the slightly frozen sorbet out of the freezer and blend again using the blender. Return it to the same container and place in the freezer overnight.
3. That's it—by morning, your melon sorbet is ready! Serve in beautiful round scoops, garnished with a sprig of mint. The finished dessert is ready to be served.
