Description
To make sorbet, you'll need a powerful blender capable of crushing ice. For this recipe, you can use fresh, frozen, or canned mango. The sorbet turns out very sweet. If you prefer a tangy taste, reduce the amount of sugar.

Prepare the ingredients.

Blend the mango, coconut milk, and sugar in a blender until smooth purée forms.
