
Fried bananas in oatmeal
Description
You can serve bananas with a scoop of ice cream, caramel or chocolate sauce, whipped cream, or sorbet. Use quick-cooking oats, as they are softer than regular oats that require cooking. If you have large bananas, you can fry them whole or cut them in half.

1. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, the second with oat flakes, and the third with a beaten egg. Peel the bananas.

2. Place each banana into the bowl with flour, completely coat it in flour, then transfer the banana to the bowl with egg, allowing it to be fully coated in egg.

3. Place the banana into the bowl with the oatmeal and carefully roll it in the oats.
