Fruit sorbet
Description
Cranberry, strawberry, lemon, and banana fruit sorbet is not only delicious but also very healthy dessert, as the berries retain all their beneficial properties, and no sugar is used at all. Essentially, it's the same as eating all these fruits and berries separately—but kids definitely prefer desserts. So try making this impressive fruit sorbet—you'll surely be satisfied.
Instructions

Step 1

Slice one banana and half a lemon into cubes and freeze them in the freezer. If you have fresh strawberries and cranberries, freeze them as well. Leave them to freeze for about 5-6 hours.

Step 2

We'll make a layered sorbet. Start with the strawberry layer. Take the frozen strawberries, place them in a blender jar, add one fresh banana, and blend until smooth. Carefully distribute the mixture into cups or containers and put them in the refrigerator.

Step 3

We perform the same procedure with the frozen lemon and frozen banana—remove them and blend with one fresh banana until smooth. Spread the second layer of sorbet into the cups.

Step 4

Do the same with frozen cranberries—blend until smooth with one fresh banana. Add the third and final layer to the cups.

Step 5

Place the three-layer sorbet in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, then serve, garnished with mint leaves. Children will be delighted, and adults too :) Beautiful and delicious!
