An incredibly easy dessert to prepare—you can make it every day! Watermelon ice is the perfect alternative to store-bought sorbet, and you'll know exactly what it's made of.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Choose a ripe and juicy watermelon, its sweetness will determine the amount of sugar needed.

    Wash the watermelon, cut it in half, remove all the flesh, and take out the dark and white seeds. Cut the flesh into portioned pieces and place them in a salad bowl or a bowl.

    Then transfer the pulp to the bowl of a blender or food processor, and add granulated sugar to taste. If the watermelon is not very sweet, add a bit more than the specified amount; if it is sweeter, add less.
