Description
A refreshing and cooling dessert that can be made with any fruits or berries. It is dietary and low-calorie, unlike ice cream, as it is prepared without adding dairy products. This dessert is healthy and delicious, and you can confidently give it to children when they ask you for ice cream. They won't even notice the difference :)

Wash the melon, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. Peel the rind off the melon and cut the flesh into small pieces.

Place the pieces on a tray and put it in the freezer for 5-6 hours.

Transfer the frozen pieces to a blender, add lemon juice and honey, and blend until a smooth mixture forms.

If the mixture is too thick, add a little cold water.

Transfer the contents of the blender to a container with a tight-fitting lid and place in the freezer for half an hour.

Serve the chilled dessert on small plates, garnished with a sprig of mint.
