
Kiwi Dessert
Description
This kiwi dessert with chocolate coating is similar to homemade ice cream, except it contains no milk at all. Visually, it looks like ice cream, but in terms of taste, it's more like a sorbet. It's perfect for hot summer days. Well, shall we try making it? :)

Step 1

Peel the kiwi and cut into thick slices (about 3 cm thick).

Insert an ice cream stick into each slice of kiwi. Place them in the freezer for 1 hour.

Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place in a small saucepan. Add milk and butter. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Once melted, remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Take the kiwi out of the freezer, dip each piece thoroughly into the chocolate glaze. Then put them back into the freezer and wait until completely set — about 2 more hours. Ready to serve :)
