Papaya Sorbet

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The papaya sorbet recipe is very versatile, as it can be made in almost the same way for melon or watermelon sorbet. The principle is exactly the same. This dessert tastes and feels very much like ice cream, yet the sorbet has a more intense and vibrant flavor. Visually, this dessert also looks absolutely stunning. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

    Papaya needs to be peeled and deseeded, then blended in a blender until smooth purée forms.

    Add all the remaining ingredients - honey, cream cheese, and juice of half a lime. Mix well.

    Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

    Remove the set dessert from the freezer and blend once again using a blender. Place back into the container and return to the freezer for another couple of hours. Done!
