
Berry sorbet (with banana)
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's best to serve the finished sorbet decorated with a sprig or leaves of mint. This will give the sorbet a minty aroma and make it look much more attractive. You can choose the berries for the sorbet according to your preferences. Substitute stevia with sugar if you're not concerned about extra weight. Experiment with new ingredients and improvise—then everything will turn out perfectly. Serve chilled.

To prepare berry-banana sorbet, peel the bananas and add them to the blender bowl. Pour in the coconut milk and blend everything until smooth.

Mix the frozen blackberries with liquid stevia, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir thoroughly. At this stage, taste the blackberries and add more stevia if needed, if you want a sweeter sorbet.

Add the blackberries to the blender jar and blend everything together. Now pour the berry sorbet with banana into molds and place them in the freezer for a couple of hours. After half an hour, you can stir the sorbet a bit to break up large ice chunks.
