Rouladen with egg
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Here is a simple recipe for breaded pork cutlets with egg, served with rice on the side. This delicious meal can be ready in just half an hour.
1. Wash the meat, pat it dry with a paper towel, and place it on a cutting board.
2. Lightly pound the pork; it's best to do this using plastic wrap.
3. Mix salt with pepper and your favorite spices. Rub the mixture thoroughly into the meat on all sides.
4. Place rice in cold, clean water and set it on the stove. Once boiling, season with salt to taste and cook until done. You can serve pork cutlets with egg at home not only with rice but with any side dish you prefer.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
6. In a small bowl, beat the eggs.
7. Dip the meat into the egg, then into flour, back into the egg, and finally into breadcrumbs.
