
Rouladen with cheese
Description
Sharing a simple recipe for schnitzel with cheese. The result is a very tasty meat dish, juicy and not overcooked. We achieve this by combining frying and stewing the meat. It turns out delicious and extremely tasty.

1. Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces, and if desired, lightly tenderize. Rub with salt and spices. Heat a skillet and sear the prepared pieces over high heat on all sides until a crust forms.

2. Cut the onion into medium pieces and add to the meat. When both the meat and onion turn golden brown, reduce the heat, pour in the broth and tomato paste. Mix well and simmer until the excess liquid evaporates. Then flip the rumpsteaks, sprinkle with cheese and pineapple pieces, cover and cook until fully done.

3. This is what the finished dish looks like. If you have time, transfer the meat along with the skillet into the oven for 5-10 minutes to form a cheesy crust, as shown in the photo. Ready!
