
Pork romsteak on the grill
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Romsteak can be cooked in various ways: simply fried, baked, prepared in a multicooker, or grilled. I suggest you try the latter option. To prepare pork romsteak on the grill, we will need pork (with or without bone, but I prefer a good neck cut), meat spices (I use a ready-made seasoning blend), and olive oil. The romsteak can be served whole or sliced. In the latter case, arrange it as a salad—it looks very impressive. Serve the dish immediately.

Rinse the meat and rub it with spices.

Also rub the meat with olive oil and let it marinate for at least half an hour.

Preheat the grill pan (or just the grill), and cook the meat for 4-5 minutes on each side. This will result in medium doneness.
