
Pork Rouladen in a Pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare pork escalope in a pan, you'll need a good piece of pork, which we'll properly pound using plastic wrap. For breading, I use corn flour, but regular flour works too. I recommend using tarragon and thyme as seasonings: crush and mix them with salt—it turns out simply superb. Serve hot.

Cut the pork into portion pieces.

Gently pound through the film.

Lightly beat the egg, prepare the flour and breadcrumbs.

Chop the herbs with salt. Rub the meat with spices.

Dip each piece first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.

Sear for one minute on each side, three times - a total of 6 minutes of frying. The pan should be preheated with a small amount of oil.
