Description
I'd like to offer one of the simplest ways to make rump steak with mashed potato side dish. If you wish, you can prepare rice or spaghetti instead, or simply serve the meat with fresh vegetables. This dish is a quick and delicious meal for the whole family.

1. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel.

2. Place between two sheets of plastic wrap and lightly pound on both sides. Be careful not to overdo it, so that the rump steak with side dish at home doesn't become too dry.

3. To make the pork flavorful and delicious, use a mixture of peppers, salt, and your favorite herbs. Crush them in a mortar (if you have ready-made ground spice blends, feel free to use them), then rub each piece of meat on all sides.

4. Beat the egg in a small bowl and prepare the breadcrumbs. According to this recipe for preparing romsteak with a side dish, double breading with flour is also used.

5. First, coat the pork in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. This is the beautiful result. Meanwhile, pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well.
