Description

When preparing romsteak in the oven, you can either bake it directly or first lightly fry it. This way, the meat will be more flavorful. See the recipe with photos below.

    Wash the meat, remove the film, and cut into portions no thicker than 2 cm. Pound the pieces, then sprinkle with salt and spices.

    Heat the pan and grease it with oil. Dip the meat into the egg.
