Beef rouladen with cheese
Description
Essentially, rumpsteak is a breaded cutlet. To make it more interesting, we'll add cheese and a bit of potato—the meat will become richer and the dish more filling. So, to prepare beef rumpsteak with cheese, we'll need meat spices, hard cheese, and two small potatoes.
