
Pork rouladen in the oven
Description
To prepare pork rumpsteak in the oven, we will need a choice piece of pork neck, Dijon mustard, a sweet and sour meat sauce (such as Worcestershire), and large button mushrooms. See the recipe below.

Sear the meat in oil on a preheated skillet. Add a little water, mustard, and sauce. Then place in foil and top with a couple of onion rings.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Sear the mushrooms in the same skillet, then place them on top of the onions and pour the sauce from the skillet over them.

Tightly wrapped each piece of rump steak in foil, placed in the oven for an hour.

Towards the end of cooking, you can slightly open the foil—the meat should cut very easily.

I recommend serving the ready pork rumpsteak from the oven with asparagus, vegetables (can be grilled).
