Beef rouladen in a pan
Description
Classic rumpsteak is a thinly pounded piece of beef, coated in breadcrumbs and fried on a hot skillet. Of course, there are many other variations of rumpsteak, but in my opinion, this one is the simplest and most delicious. To prepare classic beef rumpsteak, use lean beef neck meat.
