Prepare the ingredients. Slice the carrots into rounds and the onion into rings. Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces.

First, fry the rumpsteaks in oil in a pan (for a couple of minutes).

Then place the meat in a baking dish, evenly distributing the previously soaked prunes.
