
Cheesecake in the Air Fryer
Baking is simple and quick. To make it, I used a handy 20 cm silicone baking mold. Use any shortbread cookies you like, but they must be plain, with no filling. For cream cheese, Philadelphia is ideal, or use whatever you prefer. Don’t swap powdered sugar for regular sugar. I always bake cheesecake in the air fryer covered with foil only, so the heat spreads evenly through the whole cake. Serve chilled or slightly warm.
