Prepare all the ingredients.

Cover the poppy seeds with boiling water and let them sit for 20 minutes. Then strain them through a fine sieve.

Grind the cookies into crumbs in a blender. Add the coconut oil and knead well.

Press the cookies firmly into the baking pan. Bake the crust for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C.

In a blender, blend the tofu, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla syrup, and starch until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water.

Divide the tofu mixture in half. Add poppy seeds to one half.
