Fiadone
Description
The recipe won’t take much time. Corsicans traditionally make fiadone at Easter, and they bake this pie regularly throughout the year too. Fiadone is undoubtedly the most popular pie among the locals there—roughly like cheesecake in the States. And no wonder—it’s really delicious. Anyone who loves cottage cheese pastries should enjoy fiadone a lot. Preparation doesn’t require special skills; the hardest part here is waiting until the fiadone has cooled :) Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
