Homemade pastries for tea. Serve this delicious cheesecake with dried fruit chilled, remembering to brew aromatic tea or coffee ahead of time. The dish works very well as breakfast or a snack; it is very filling and keeps you feeling full for a long time.

    Prepare the indicated ingredients.

    Peel the banana and cut it into small cubes in a deep bowl. Mash it with a fork until you have a purée.

    Stir rolled oats into the banana mixture and mix well. Let stand for 10–15 minutes to soften and absorb moisture.

    Mix the cottage cheese with chopped dried fruit, or use store-bought cottage cheese fruit mix with dried fruit or vanilla. Add sour cream to the bowl, then add one egg white only—do not add the yolk.

    Purée everything with an immersion blender, trying not to create bubbles.

    Spread the oat flakes in the baking dish, greasing it with vegetable oil and coating the sides as well. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the center. Pan diameter: 22 cm. Bake for 40–45 minutes.

    As soon as the cheesecake has browned, turn off the heat and leave it to cool in the oven.
