Japanese cheesecake in a multicooker

120 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. I wouldn’t say the recipe is very simple, but essentially there isn’t anything especially difficult about it. You only need to follow all the steps carefully and in sequence, and this bake will turn out well for you. The diameter of my multicooker inner pot is 18 centimeters, but it’s better if yours is 16–17. In that case the cheesecake will turn out taller. After you remove it from the bowl, it may settle a little—that’s normal. In any case, this bake is worth making. It turns out very tender, fragrant, and tasty. The bake is ready. Serve it at the table.
