I've tried it with pasta, in different kinds of stews. And everywhere the sauce fits perfectly. Definitely, garlic sauce with bell pepper is one of the most versatile sauces I know. In texture, it turns out very tender and not thick, and in color, as you can see in the photo, sunny golden-yellow.
