Garlic sauce with bell pepper

Description

A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. I've tried serving garlic sauce with bell pepper with a wide variety of dishes—meat, poultry, fish. I've tried it with pasta, in different kinds of stews. And everywhere the sauce fits perfectly. Definitely, garlic sauce with bell pepper is one of the most versatile sauces I know. In texture, it turns out very tender and not thick, and in color, as you can see in the photo, sunny golden-yellow.

    Ingredients.

    Wash the bell pepper, remove the core, and chop coarsely. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.

    Then add the cream and finely chopped garlic to the pot. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

    Using a blender, process the resulting mixture until smooth.

    Return the homogeneous mixture to our saucepan, add flour, salt, pepper, and dill. Heat for a couple of minutes—do not bring to a boil.
