Description

Homemade sauce recipe. It should be noted that this sauce requires certain conditions—it should only be served hot, as it solidifies when cooled or stored in the refrigerator, forming a hard layer on top. If this happens, simply heat the sauce in the microwave for a minute, or place it over a hot dish—it will quickly melt and turn back into a sauce. Try it, and serve with meat, fish, or use as a salad dressing.

    1. In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the flour.
