This simple recipe for a delicious garlic sauce for chicken tabaka is prepared very quickly. Just pass the cloves through a garlic press or use a blender. But in each preparation method, it's important to follow one key rule: add the oil and water gradually. This way, you can always adjust the desired sauce consistency. This sauce pairs wonderfully with parsley, which makes the garlic aroma milder.
