Oat jelly for weight loss
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Oats are legendary for their health benefits. They help treat various stomach and gastrointestinal disorders. Doctors strongly recommend oat porridge, kissels, infusions, and even consuming sprouted oat sprouts. 1. Place oats into a 3-liter jar, pour in kefir, add a spoonful of sour cream, and drop in a slice of rye bread. Fill the entire mixture with purified or cooled boiled water.
2. Cover the jar's neck with several layers of gauze. Leave the jar in a dark, warm place (you can place it near a radiator and cover it with a blanket) for three days.
3. After this time, strain the mixture through a sieve, pour the liquid into a saucepan, and bring it to a boil. Transfer the prepared kissel into a jar and store it in the refrigerator. Drink half a glass per day—it greatly improves overall health and suppresses appetite. The drink is ready to serve.
