Winter Apple Kissel
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The kissel turns out delicious and aromatic, everyone will love it! If your children don't like thick kissel, I recommend reducing the amount of starch by half. In addition to cinnamon, you can also add vanilla or a small amount of ground ginger. Serve kissel for breakfast with a stack of pancakes, with cheese pancakes, or alongside fluffy pancakes, or have it for afternoon snack or as a light dinner replacement. It's delicious both cooled and warm.
